3. User-Submitted Content and Liability

By registering a server on the Mall Craft server list ("the Service"), you ("the User") agree to the following conditions:

•     You affirm that you have the right to represent the server you are submitting.
•     You are solely responsible for the security and integrity of your own server.
•     You agree that Laps Network and Ultra Development are providing this listing service "as is" and assume no liability for any events that may occur on    your server, including but not limited to loss of data, security breaches, unauthorized access, or other damages.
•     We reserve the right to remove any server listing from the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
